The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office has established a Residential Alert System that links individuals and the County’s various law enforcement agencies through an email and fax communication system located at the Sheriff’s Office.

This email and fax database allows us to quickly alert community members to criminal activity and important information that is relevant to their own and their community's safety twenty-four hours a day.

This program is an extremely effective tool for keeping people informed about issues and situations that could impact them or their community. It has also been effective in helping with the swift resolution of missing children cases across the United States.

This direct line of communication allows us to share vital information with a large number of participants in a timely manner and is designed to link all St. Johns County community members to each other and to us.
