St. Johns County Sheriff's Office is asking your help in solving these Missing Persons.

NAME: Charlotte Ann Ruiz
Reported missing May 11, 2009
The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the disappearance of a 77 year-old missing/endangered female from the 3000 block of Calle Cortez Road, in southern St. Johns County.

Family members reported Charlotte Ann Ruiz, W/F, 77, missing late Monday evening.  According to the report Ms. Ruiz suffers from physical ailments that have rendered her unable to speak and suffers from partial paralysis on her left side.  Ruiz is believed to be driving a 1992 Tan (4 door) Ford Taurus with Florida plates of 286WGZ.   Ruiz has only been a resident of St. Johns County for two weeks. She is not familiar with the area and may be confused as to which direction she is heading or may appear disoriented to those who may come in contact with her.  Ms. Ruiz takes medications for various medical ailments .

Ms. Ruiz was last seen wearing Brown polyester pants and a cream colored shirt.  She is described as being 5'09", 150lbs., with grey hair and Brown eyes. She was last been seen at the Vystar Credit Union on SR 312, 05/11/09 between 10:00 and 12:00 noon.  

Foul play is not believed to be a factor in this case.    

NAME: ERNEST SCHMIDT
Reported missing June 3, 2007

The Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking the whereabouts of Ernest Schmidt. He was last seen by his wife on Sunday, June 3, 2007, at 3:30 p.m., on the beach in the vicinity of Mary Street. The victim walked away from his wife northbound on the beach when they got into a disagreement. The victim’s wife reported the disappearance to the Sheriff’s Office shortly after 5:00 p.m. Deputies issued a B.O.L.O. for the subject and notified the St. Augustine Beach Police and the Anastasia State Park.

The victim is described as a White male, 66 years of age, he is 5'8" tall, and weighs 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue and white bathing suit with flowers and no shirt. He did not have a wallet or cell phone in his possession.

NAME: TOMMIE JACKSON
Reported missing January 11, 2007

The Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking the whereabouts of Tommie Jackson. Mr. Jackson was reported missing by his wife and was last heard from on the 11th of January 2007. The disappearance of Jackson is reportedly out of character and he may be despondent over some personal issues. Foul play is not believed to be a factor in this case.

NAME: SABRINA MARIE BRAZEL
Reported missing August 22nd, 2006

Sabrina Brazel was reported missing on August 22nd. She was last reportedly seen in the early morning hours on Sunday, August 20th in the west St. Augustine area of St. Johns County.  Sabrina was last seen wearing a white shirt and tan pants. Sabrina has relatives in southern Georgia, but has not attempted to contact them.  Family members of Sabrina advised it is out of character for her not to contact friends or family for this amount of time. Numerous sightings of Sabrina have been reported in the Jacksonville, Florida area.

NAME: JOHSUA BRYAN SMITH
Reported missing: 11/04/00

Joshua left work early and parked his vehicle near the beach near the 300 block of Roscoe Blvd. N. His shoes were located at the beach. Though there have been extensive searches conducted by law enforcement, Joshua's whereabouts remain unknown.

NAME: Dorothy Bell Stewart Cummings
Reported missing: 05/14/1995

Last seenat the Coral Landing Assisted Living Center in St. Augustine, Fl. She walked off from the property on 05/14/1995 and has not been seen since. She Was 81 years old at the time of her disappearance.

Reported missing: 10/27/1979

Last seen on October 27, 1979 at the "Green Door" bar off State Road 16 in St. Augustine, Fl. Foul play is suspect in his disappearance.

Reported missing: 10/20/1995

Last seen in the area of Chapin Street in St. Augustine, Fl on 10/20/1995. Foul play is suspect in her disappearance.

NAME: MARTHA JEAN LAMBERT
Reported Missing: 1985

Martha Jean Lambert was reported missing in 1985, but her family keeps hope. In November 1985, Martha Jean Lambert, a 12 year old student at Ketterlinus Junior High School in St. Augustine, Florida, disappeared from her mobile home on Kerri Lynn Road. After school Martha went to a friend's house about 7:30 pm she went home alone. After eating with her brother, Martha told him she was going out. Martha has not been seen since that time. This case is being kept open as a runaway or possible homicide.
