Drug Search Warrant Leads to 3 Arrests

While many of us were enjoying the weekend, the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) worked to conclude their paperwork on another drug-related search warrant; this time in the NE District, along Avenue B.
After receiving several complaints about possible drug activity around the home, detectives were able to collect enough evidence to obtain a search warrant. Detectives along with several SWAT members entered the residence and secured 3 individuals, who all reportedly reside at the address.
Each of the 3 subjects was found to be in possession of drug use equipment (hypodermic needles, baggies, etc.) and/or narcotics (Methamphetamine/Suboxone) contained within the home. Due to the condition of the home, deputies also coordinated with SJC Code Enforcement, who placarded the home as “Unfit for Human Habitation” and issued No Trespassing orders on the property.
The 3 suspects were identified as Jonas Christopher Pozek, 40; Debra Lynn McClellan, 47 and Aluria Marie Villanueva, 26. All were booked into the SJC Jail without further incident
