Preventing Illness and the Coronavirus

We understand that everyone is worried about the Coronavirus, or COVID19, and we have heard a lot of questions on what you can do to make sure you and your family can remain healthy.
Below are suggestions offered by the CDC as well as the Florida Department of Health (DOH).
The risk of getting COVID is very low. The best way to avoid getting sick is to do what you have always done to fight colds and the flu:
– Always wash your hands
– Always cover your mouth when you sneeze or cough
– Always stay home if you are sick
– Always keep your child home from school if they are sick
– Always call your doctor first.
We will be sharing some information from the Florida Department of Health from time to time in hopes to calm your fears and give you some information to help you.
